Report: Angels bring back Suzuki on 1-year, $1.75M pact

The Los Angeles Angels and free-agent catcher Kurt Suzuki have agreed to a one-year, $1.75-million contract, pending a physical, sources told Robert Murray of FanSided.
Suzuki, 38, slashed .244/.294/.342 with six home runs in 72 games for the Angels last season.
The 15-year MLB veteran owns a career .705 OPS with 139 homers over 1,584 contests. He was named an All-Star while with the Minnesota Twins in 2014 and won a championship with the Washington Nationals during the 2019 campaign.
