Reynolds 'couldn't give any less of a crap' what Eckersley says about Pirates
Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Bryan Reynolds isn't letting NESN broadcaster Dennis Eckersley get under his skin after the Hall of Famer ripped the team on air during Tuesday's game against the Boston Red Sox.
"I couldn't give any less of a crap what that guy has to say," Reynolds said Wednesday, according to Jason Mackey of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
Eckersley called the Pirates' lineup "pathetic" and a "hodgepodge of nothingness."

Pirates right-hander Wil Crowe also didn't appreciate Eckersley's comments.
"He's in the Hall of Fame. He's one of us. It's just surprising that a guy of his stature - where he's from, what he knows goes on in the game - to be one of even fewer than just in the MLBPA, (to) kind of come after us, was kind of crazy. I think it was kind of crappy and bush league," Crowe said.
The Red Sox ended up winning the contest 5-3 to drop the Pirates to 45-71 on the season.
