The Houston Astros clinched the top seed in the American League and home-field advantage through the ALCS after the New York Yankees lost to the Baltimore Orioles on Friday.
The No. 1 seed will face the winner of the top two wild-card teams in the ALDS.
The Astros won over 100 games this season for the fourth time in the last six years. Houston made it to the World Series last season before falling to the Atlanta Braves in six games.
Meanwhile, the Yankees will face the winner of the wild-card series between the Cleveland Guardians and the No. 6 seed.
