Cincinnati Reds second baseman Jonathan India has grown tired of the club's continued mediocrity.

The Reds have made the postseason once since 2013 and will finish under .500 after entering the campaign with postseason aspirations.

"We're tired of losing," India said Tuesday, per Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer. "It's the same thing every year here. We just float around .500 and try to make the push but we just don't have enough. We need to make a move. I know what it is, but I just want to say it to the media."

The Reds fired manager David Bell on Sept. 22 after almost six seasons with the club.

India, the 2021 NL Rookie of the Year, is slashing .247/.354/.394 with 15 home runs, 28 doubles, and 58 RBIs across 147 games this season.
