New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge, Los Angeles Dodgers designated hitter Shohei Ohtani, and Kansas City Royals shortstop Bobby Witt Jr. are the 2024 Player of the Year finalists for the Players Choice Awards, the MLBPA announced Monday.

Judge, who's the favorite to win his second AL MVP award in the last three years, led the majors with 58 home runs, 144 RBIs, and a sublime 1.159 OPS. He also compiled an MLB-high 11.2 fWAR.

Ohtani became the first player in major-league history to record a 50-homer, 50-steal season after finishing with 54 long balls and 59 stolen bases. He's poised to take home his first NL MVP honor after being named AL MVP in 2021 and 2023.

Lastly, Witt collected 32 round-trippers with 109 RBIs and swiped 31 bags to help the Royals reach the ALDS on the heels of a 106-loss campaign in 2023. His 10.4 fWAR came second to only Judge.
