Giants unveil music inspired City Connect uniforms
Giants/X
The San Francisco Giants chose a different tune for their second City Connect jerseys.
The "remixed" threads unveiled Tuesday are a nod to San Francisco's musical history by incorporating sound waves and colors to represent the Fillmore's stage lights and Haight-Ashbury's posters.
The Giants will wear the new uniforms for home games every Tuesday. The threads will also be used for City Connect concert games, which include shows by Nate Smith on June 21 and Saweetie on Aug. 16.
San Francisco's first City Connect look had a silhouette of the Golden Gate Bridge on the sleeves, with white and orange as the primary colors.
