The Padres said Arraez was transported to a hospital for further evaluation but is stable, conscious, responsive, and able to move his extremities.
The 28-year-old gave a thumbs-up as he left the field on a stretcher.
The three-time batting champion has three homers with seven RBIs and a .755 OPS over 22 games this season.
