The New York Yankees are looking for help at the hot corner before the July 31 trade deadline.

New York's front office is interested in Colorado Rockies third baseman Ryan McMahon and Pittsburgh Pirates third baseman Ke'Bryan Hayes, as well as his teammate and former Yankee Isiah Kiner-Falefa, according to Jon Heyman of the New York Post.

Jazz Chisholm Jr. has been manning third for the Yankees since returning from an oblique strain in early June. However, the 27-year-old is much more experienced playing the keystone position. He'd also be an upgrade both offensively and defensively over the struggling DJ LeMahieu.

McMahon, who represented the Rockies at the 2024 All-Star Game, has recorded 12 homers with 25 RBIs and a .704 OPS over 84 games in 2025. The 30-year-old's gone deep 20-plus times in five different seasons over his nine-year career with Colorado.

Hayes has struggled with his bat, slashing .247/.297/.304 with two long balls and 29 RBIs over 80 contests this season. Defensively, the 28-year-old former Gold Glover sits in the 99th percentile in outs above average.

Lastly, the light-hitting Kiner-Falefa has one homer, 22 RBIs, and a .665 OPS across 74 games this year. He spent two years with the Yankees from 2022-2023, and won a Gold Glove during the pandemic-shortened 2020 campaign while suiting up for the Texas Rangers.
