The Los Angeles Angels and right-hander Alek Manoah agreed to a one-year, $1.95-million contract, a source told Jeff Passan of ESPN.
The Atlanta Braves non-tendered Manoah in late November.
The 27-year-old finished as a 2022 AL Cy Young finalist with the Toronto Blue Jays before struggling in 2023. He underwent elbow surgery in June 2024.
Manoah owns a career 3.34 ERA with 1.16 WHIP and 8.8 K/9 over 420 innings (75 starts) since debuting in 2021.
