The towering Swede became just the third active player to register 500 goals for club and country, bagging his 17th tally for the LA Galaxy on Saturday evening in Toronto in characteristically astonishing fashion.

Ibrahimovic, 36, now sits alone in second in MLS this season, 11 goals shy of Atlanta United record setter Josef Martinez.
