Johnson, Cachoeira facing 6-month medical suspensions after UFC Belem
A pair of fighters could be shelved for six months following Saturday's UFC Fight Night 125 in Belem, Brazil.
Heavyweight Timothy Johnson and flyweight Priscila Cachoeira are facing 180-day medical suspensions for injuries sustained on the promotion's maiden voyage to the Brazilian city, according to MMA Fighting's Guilherme Cruz.
The former - who took a decision over Marcelo Golm - could be cleared to get back in the saddle in just three weeks with a doctor's blessing, while Cachoeira revealed Sunday she'll have to undergo surgery on her ACL and meniscus following the trouncing she suffered in the co-main event opposite Valentina Shevchenko.
