UFC CEO Dana White criticized bantamweight contender Merab Dvalishvili for revealing Tuesday on social media that he suffered a minor cut in training, just weeks before his title fight against Sean O'Malley at UFC 306 on Sept. 14.

"The whole world knows about Merab's cut. He posted it," White told reporters Tuesday night. "Our guys are so dumb. It's next-level unbelievable. All the stuff I talk about boxing, what I will give boxing is when something happens in a camp, let me tell you what, it does not leak. And our guys can't f-----g wait to throw it up on social media.

"It's a small cut, it's no big deal, but obviously needed to be posted."

Dvalishvili said the O'Malley fight isn't in jeopardy and made a second social media post showing what he said was his third training session of the day. Though the injury doesn't appear to be too serious, White was still puzzled by Dvalishvili's decision-making.

"And why the f--k would you want (O'Malley) to know that?" White said. "It is next-level stupid. Some of these guys are so stupid, it's mind-boggling. It's unbelievable."

O'Malley-Dvalishvili is scheduled to headline UFC 306 (aka Noche UFC) next month, which marks the promotion's highly anticipated debut at Sphere in Las Vegas.

Dvalishvili, the No. 1-ranked bantamweight contender, earned a title shot by winning 10 in a row dating back to 2018.
