Dana White confirms Miocic title shot: '(Who's) going to say no to him?'

Stipe Miocic let his fists do the talking against Andrei Arlovski on Saturday, but he made sure the boss got the message too.

With a 54-second knockout in the books, Miocic ran to the side of the cage where Dana White was sitting and demanded a heavyweight title shot. Speaking at the UFC 195 post-fight press conference, White agreed Miocic was the No. 1 contender.

"Who the hell was going to say no to him?" White said, according to Shaun Al-Shatti of MMAFighting.com. "He was like a psycho. I wasn't going to say no."

White clarified that Miocic was repeatedly yelling, "Are we on the same page now?"

"Yes," White said. "We are on the same page, Stipe."

In his last 6 fights, Miocic has gone 5-1 with the sole loss coming to former heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos. Miocic's wins include Roy Nelson, Mark Hunt, and now Arlovski, which should cement a top-three spot in the UFC rankings.
