Watch: DJ Khaled recalls selling mixtapes to NBA stars as Orlando ball boy

DJ Khaled is known today as an award-winning music producer and social media star, but back in the early 1990s, he was a ball boy for the Orlando Magic.

In this interview with Revolt TV, which was conducted years ago and believed to be lost until it resurfaced recently, the Miami native revealed that he used to sell his mixtapes in the locker room to players, including Shaquille O'Neal.

"It was a great experience for me because I got to see these guys come from the bottom, like when Shaq first got signed to Orlando," Khaled said.

"And then still be his friend, when I see him and show love and salute, he know where I come from, meaning as in, from the bottom, hustling this music."
