Embiid calls McConnell the 'clutchest player in the history of the NBA'

Joel Embiid sat out Thursday's game against the Orlando Magic, so his Philadelphia 76ers teammates had to pick up the slack.
They did so with aplomb, beating the Magic 112-111, with T.J. McConnell providing the last-second heroics. The point guard's late jumper was his second game-winner of 2017, after he'd buried the New York Knicks at the buzzer last month.
McConnell's budding penchant for coming through in the clutch has not been lost on Embiid, who made a bold proclamation about his teammate after Thursday's victory.
