Report: Cavs to sign Derrick Williams to 2nd 10-day contract

The Cleveland Cavaliers will sign forward Derrick Williams to a second 10-day contract Wednesday, a source told ESPN's Dave McMenamin.
Williams' first 10-day expired over the All-Star break.

He's played well in four games for Cleveland, averaging 9.8 points and 3.0 rebounds while shooting 60 percent from the floor. Under the CBA, the Cavs must either sign Williams for the rest of the season or waive him after the second 10-day deal expires.
