It wasn't just the Memphis Grizzlies players who appreciated their head coach's rant.
When David Fizdale was introduced Thursday ahead of Game 3 at FedEx Forum, the fans welcomed him with frenzied cheers and vigorous towel-waiving.
Following Monday's 96-82 Game 2 loss to the San Antonio Spurs, Fizdale delivered a scathing diatribe against the "very poorly officiated" contest. As expected, he was slapped with a $30,000 fine, which his grateful players offered to cover.

The coach said the financial punishment was "worth it," and it seems the Grizz faithful agree.
