LaVar Ball: Shaq trying to 'remain relevant' with diss track
Shaquille O'Neal's feud with the Big Baller Brand's LaVar Ball is like the Energizer Bunny, it just keeps going and going.
The latest development in their bickering had The Big Aristotle releasing a diss track, calling out Ball for his weak college numbers and ludicrous proclamations that he could defeat him or Michael Jordan in a game of one on one.
Was Ball going to keep his thoughts to himself when made aware of Shaq's latest remarks? Of course not.
"Hey man, people still doing diss tracks? Ain't he like 50?" Ball asked Overtime on Friday night. "Who is going to listen to that bulls---? To remain relevant, he gotta put my name in whatever he doing.
"But his career been over for a long time, so now, it's time to jump on the Big Baller's coattail. I get it. It's entertainment. He's a good rapper, though ... for somebody who don't like rap."
The beef between the two began when Shaq called out Ball for putting a $495 price tag on Lonzo Ball's signature footwear, the "ZO2 Prime." LaVar later responded by questioning why Shaq's son, Shareef, doesn't don his family's footwear like his own son does.
