Report: Nene plans to re-sign with Rockets

The Houston Rockets are bringing back a familiar face.
Free-agent big man Nene plans to re-sign with the team, according to The Athletic's Kelly Iko.
The 36-year-old had declined his $3.8-million player option for the 2019-20 campaign.
Nene has spent the past three seasons in Houston, averaging 6.8 points and 3.6 boards in a reserve role over that span.
The Brazilian is expected to back up star center Clint Capela along with fellow veteran Tyson Chandler.
