Report: Bulls speak with multiple assistants about HC vacancy
The Chicago Bulls have spoken with several assistants regarding their head coaching vacancy, including Darvin Ham of the Milwaukee Bucks, Wes Unseld Jr. of the Denver Nuggets, and Dan Craig of the Miami Heat, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Chicago reportedly has also been granted permission to interview Dallas Mavericks assistants Jamahl Mosley and Stephen Silas, Philadelphia 76ers assistant Ime Udoka, and Minnesota Timberwolves associate head coach David Vanterpool.
Former Brooklyn Nets bench boss Kenny Atkinson is also said to be in the running. The 53-year-old stepped down in March and has since been linked with multiple clubs.
Chicago fired Jim Boylen in early August after guiding the club to a listless 39-84 mark across two seasons. The Bulls haven't made the playoffs since 2016-17 but have the fourth overall pick in this year's draft.
