Durant leaves game vs. Heat after suffering thigh contusion
Brooklyn Nets superstar Kevin Durant left Sunday's loss against the Miami Heat after suffering a left thigh contusion in the first quarter, the team announced.
Durant appeared to make contact with Heat forward Trevor Ariza while driving to the rim. The two-time NBA Finals MVP was ruled out for the remainder of the contest after heading to the locker room.

Durant finished with eight points on a perfect 3-of-3 shooting over just four minutes of play. The All-Star forward recently returned to the Nets' lineup after sitting out 23 games due to a left hamstring injury.
The Nets' Big Three of Kyrie Irving, James Harden, and Durant have played sparingly together due to injuries.
