Giannis leaves Game 4 loss with hyperextended knee
Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo hyperextended his left knee in Tuesday's 110-88 Game 4 loss to the Atlanta Hawks.
The two-time MVP is expected to undergo further imaging on his knee on Wednesday, sources told ESPN's Malika Andrews.
Antetokounmpo landed awkwardly after attempting to block a shot near the midway point of the third quarter and didn't return.
He immediately went back to the locker room, as his brother, Thanasis, helped him off the court.
