The Milwaukee Bucks announced superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo didn't return after suffering a right knee injury in the first quarter of Friday's 128-99 win over the Miami Heat.

Antetokounmpo was seen limping toward the locker room after calling his own timeout.

Antetokounmpo picked up four points, four rebounds, and four assists before leaving. Six different Bucks scored in double figures to pick up the slack with the team's superstar out.

The All-Star starter was listed as questionable coming into Thursday's contest due to a wrist injury that limited him during the weekend's festivities in Utah.

Antetokounmpo has already missed 11 games this season and has been dealing with left knee issues throughout the campaign. Despite the adversity, the two-time MVP is averaging a career-best 31.8 points to go along with 12.2 rebounds and 5.4 assists per game.
