Suns lose 2nd-round pick for early contact with Eubanks in free agency

The Phoenix Suns have been stripped of a 2024 second-round pick for early impermissible contact with Drew Eubanks in free agency, the league announced Wednesday.
A former member of the Portland Trail Blazers, Eubanks signed with the Suns earlier in July.

The 26-year-old averaged 6.6 points, 1.3 blocks, and 5.4 rebounds per game in 2022 with the Trail Blazers.
Eubanks made his Suns debut in Tuesday's win over the Golden State Warriors, recording seven boards, three blocks, and four points in just over 19 minutes.
