Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine will be sidelined for three-to-four more weeks due to right foot inflammation, the Bulls announced Wednesday.
The two-time All-Star missed the team's last two games and was initially expected to be out for a week.
LaVine hasn't been as productive as expected this season. The star guard is averaging 21.0 points and 3.4 assists while shooting 44% from the field - his lowest numbers since his debut campaign with Chicago in 2017-18.
The Bulls won their third straight game without LaVine against the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday night. DeMar DeRozan led the team to the 111-100 victory, scoring 29 points on 8-of-20 shots from the field.
The Bulls have an 8-13 record and sit 13th in the Eastern Conference.
