The Atlanta Hawks are hopeful that Jalen Johnson can return from injury next Tuesday against the Chicago Bulls, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
The 22-year-old is having a breakout season, averaging a career-high 14.1 points and 7.3 rebounds in his third year with the Hawks. He has missed 13 games with a left wrist injury, and Atlanta has struggled without him, going 4-9 over that stretch.
The Hawks are 11th in the Eastern Conference with a record of 12-16.
