Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo earned a spot for his ninth consecutive All-Star Game, while Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James scored his NBA-record 21st appearance at the event.

San Antonio Spurs phenom Victor Wembanyama came second in the media vote but was edged out by Kevin Durant.

Here are the complete voting results:

Durant earned a $1.3-million bonus for his All-Star selection, per ESPN's Bobby Marks.

The All-Star Game will look different this season, with the league abandoning its East-versus-West setup in favor of a tournament-style format. Four teams of eight will each play three games throughout one night. One of the four teams will consist of the winner of the Rising Stars Challenge - the matchup between first and second-year players.

Games will end after the first team scores 40 points.

The NBA will announce the 14 other All-Star players next week.

The All-Star Game is scheduled for Feb. 16 in Golden State. The Rising Stars event will be played on Feb. 14.
