The Oregon product was instrumental in Boston's second-place finish in the East. He came off the bench in 77 of his 80 games this season and averaged 14.3 points, 3.5 assists, and 3.8 rebounds while shooting 47.2% from the field and 40.7% from deep.

Pritchard broke the NBA's single-season record for most made 3-pointers by a player off the bench with 246 treys.

The 27-year-old recorded 24 games with at least 20 points, including a career-high 43-point explosion March 5 against the Portland Trail Blazers.

Pritchard becomes the fourth Celtic to take home the annual Sixth Man award, following Malcolm Brogdon (2023), Bill Walton (1986), and Kevin McHale (1984 and 1985).
