This year's event features three eight-man teams competing in a mini round-robin tournament, with two squads of players representing the United States and another of eight players from international countries.
The eight international slots appear to be filled by five starters (Jokic, Gilgeous-Alexander, Doncic, Wembanyama, and Antetokounmpo) and three reserves (Murray, Avdija, and Siakam). However, Antetokounmpo may need to be replaced due to a calf strain, potentially allowing Powell or Towns to take his starting spot on the World team.
The NBA will confirm the rosters for the three teams on Tuesday, according to basketball insider Marc Stein.
