Wizards' Oubre fined $15K by NBA for obscene gesture vs. Spurs

Washington Wizards rookie Kelly Oubre has been fined $15,000 by the National Basketball Association for making an obscene gesture during the final moments of the Wizards' 102-99 win over the San Antonio Spurs Wednesday night.
The 19-year-old grabbed his crotch as teammate Bradley Beal nailed a game-winning 3-pointer for Washington with 0.3 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter.
Oubre has seen the court for just one minute to begin the 2015-16 regular season for the 3-1 Wizards. He was selected with the 15th overall pick by the Atlanta Hawks, who then dealt his rights to Washington for the rights to 19th overall pick Jerian Grant, and two second-round picks.
