ESPN's Dakich responds to Izzo's comments

Michigan State head coach Tom Izzo demanded an apology from Dan Dakich, and the ESPN analyst has issued one.
Sort of.
Izzo expressed his displeasure for tweets by Dakich prior to the Spartans' win over Ohio State on Tuesday, in which the analyst called Michigan State fans "whiners."
Always had unreal respect for Coach Izzo MSU hoops+its fans! Reached out to Tom this AM to clear the air..Look forward 2 that conversation

Not exactly an apology from the former Indiana interim head coach, but at least he acknowledged Izzo's comments and it looks as though he will clear the air with the legendary frontman.
Dakich's son plays at Michigan, so it's probably not a surprise he's more than willing to stir the pot with Spartans fans.
