Jayson Tatum will be one of the first players taken in the 2017 NBA Draft, but at least Syracuse's John Gillon will have a story to tell about the time he busted the Duke star's ankles.
The fabulous freshman switched off onto the 6-foot senior during a defensive possession, and was immediately dropped by Gillon's vicious crossover. The Orange's point guard completed the move by drilling a deep triple, sending the crowd into a frenzy.
