BYU's Kyle Collinsworth breaks NCAA record for career triple-doubles
Chris Nicoll-USA TODAY Sports
BYU's Kyle Collinsworth stands alone as the NCAA's career triple-doubles leader after a 26-point, 10-rebound, 10-assist performance against Belmont on Saturday night.
The senior guard's seventh career triple-double broke the previous mark he shared with former LSU and NBA star Shaquille O'Neal, and former Drexel standout Michael Anderson.
Collinsworth recorded all six of his previous triple-doubles during a prolific junior season, after failing to notch one in his first two seasons with the Cougars.
