It's been a dismal start to the season for Wichita State, as the preseason No. 10 has struggled to a 2-4 start, but help could be on the way in the form of an all-conference point guard.

Fred VanVleet is questionable for Saturday's game against Saint Louis after missing the last four games with a hamstring injury. With the senior guard out, the Shockers have lost three straight contests for the first time in three seasons.

Wichita State is already without Anton Grady and Landry Shamet for an extended period of time, but Conner Frankamp should return Dec. 12 against Utah.
