NBA legend Gary Payton made his name by playing suffocating defense, talking an absurd amount of trash, and hitting timely shots throughout his career. His son Gary II, on the other hand, is making his name through the air.
The Oregon State guard delivered a strong "Dunk of the Year" candidate in Sunday's Civil War rivalry against Oregon, skying for a left-handed hammer all over the Ducks.

Impressive hops from the senior guard, who probably didn't get that skill from his dad - but the elder Gary did have at least one memorable cram on a fairly decent player.
