Tennessee star defensive end Derek Barnett passed legend Reggie White to become the school's all-time sack leader after recording his 33rd career sack in the Music City Bowl against Nebraska on Friday.
Barnett was prevented to getting to the quarterback until late in the game, when he finally got his coveted 33rd career sack to pass White, after tying the late great against Vanderbilt in the season finale.
More impressively, Barnett, a junior, only needed 39 games to do so.
Tennessee quarterback Josh Dobbs finished just 12 yards shy of tying Peyton Manning's school record for most offensive yards in a season.
