Prolific 4-star QB picks Princeton over multiple Power 5 programs
Brevin White has opted for the academics of Princeton over Power 5 conference football, as the four-star quarterback committed to the Ivy League program Tuesday night.
The 6-foot-2, 181-pounder is ranked by ESPN as the 11th-best pocket-passer in the class of 2018 and the 193rd overall prospect in the country.
The California native held offers from Power 5 programs including Tennessee, Washington, Washington State, Utah, and Arizona State, but opted to head across the country to Princeton. His brother Brady is currently a quarterback on the Sun Devils roster, but family ties couldn't help Arizona State nail down a commitment.
Brevin is the highest-ranked Princeton commit since 2009 and the program's first four-star prospect in four years.
