Tennessee suspends Drew Richmond vs. Georgia Tech

Tennessee will be without projected starter Drew Richmond versus Georgia Tech on Monday, as the left tackle has been suspended for the contest.
"Drew Richmond will not make the trip to Atlanta," head coach Butch Jones confirmed to Brent Hubbs and Austin Price of Rivals.com. "He will be suspended for a violation of team rules. If he does everything he needs to do, he will be back against Indiana State."
While the move hurts the Volunteers offensive line, the program has capable senior Brett Kendrick to slide in to the spot, and sophomore Marcus Tatum to fill in on the right side.
Tennessee faces the Yellow Jackets on Monday at the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
