Devon Campbell is staying close to home, choosing to play college football for Steve Sarkisian and Texas next season.
The five-star offensive lineman announced his commitment to the Longhorns on CBS Sports HQ Wednesday, opting for Texas over Big 12 rivals Oklahoma.
ESPN rates Campbell as the top guard in the country and the No. 9 overall prospect for the Class of 2022.
Campbell's commitment signifies a major overhaul of the offensive line for Sarkisian ahead of his second campaign in Austin. The top 3 players in the Longhorns' class are offensive linemen, with Campbell joined by highly-touted tackles Kelvin Banks and Neto Umeozulu.
