Five-star defensive end Armondo Blount has flipped his commitment from Miami to Florida State, he announced Sunday.
"Florida State is where I am meant to be. … I am locked in with my decision," Blount said.
Blount is also reclassifying from the 2025 recruiting class to 2024. The Miami native was ranked as the No. 4 recruit in the 2025 class, per ESPN.
Blount committed to Miami in September, selecting the Hurricanes over Florida State, Ohio State, and USC.
