Florida quarterback DJ Lagway will return from a one-game absence Saturday against LSU, head coach Billy Napier said Thursday, per ESPN's Pete Thamel.
Lagway missed last week's loss to Texas with a lower-body injury. He was carted off the field after sustaining the ailment the week prior.
The true freshman has thrown for 1,071 yards, six touchdowns, and five interceptions this season.
Aidan Warner, who replaced Lagway in the starting lineup, will return to the backup role. He's completed 42% of his passes for 228 yards, no touchdowns, and three interceptions in four appearances this year.
The Gators have stumbled to a 4-5 record this season, including a 2-4 mark in the SEC.
