ESPN ranks Offord as the No. 4 recruit in the Class of 2025 and was the Buckeyes' top player. He's been committed to Ohio State since February but continued to visit schools across the country.
Offord's flip gives Lanning and Oregon one of the top recruiting classes in the nation: The Ducks now hold commitments from six of the top 40 players in the ESPN 300.
