Former Alabama defensive lineman Jehiem Oatis is transferring to Colorado, he told ESPN's Pete Thamel.
Oatis is the top defensive player in the transfer portal and the No. 5-ranked overall player, according to ESPN.
The 22-year-old announced he'd enter the portal in October due to a lack of playing time. He started 13 games during his three-year tenure with the Crimson Tide, racking up 57 tackles and 1.5 sacks.
Oatis was the 38th-ranked recruit and the fourth-highest-rated defensive lineman in the 2022 class, per the ESPN 300.
