Ohio State's Vrbael joining Texans' staff
Ohio State Buckeyes defensive line coach Mike Vrabel will join Bill O'Brien's staff with the Houston Texans, according to a report from Rivals.com.
Vrabel played at Ohio State from 1993-1996 before embarking on a 14-year NFL career. He finished his playing career in 2010 and joined the Buckeyes in 2011 as the linebackers coach. Vrabel was moved to coach the defensive line when Urban Meyer took over as head coach.
I am thankful for everyone assoc with TOSU for 3 great years and my family and I are excited to join the Houston Texans as the LB coach.
