Mississippi wide receiver Laquon Treadwell will likely need four months to recover from a gruesome injury suffered in Saturday's game against Auburn, according to The Associated Press.
Treadwell suffered a broken leg and a dislocated ankle in Ole Miss's 35-31 loss.
Head coach Hugh Freeze said he hopes the Rebels' leading receiver will be healthy enough to participate in spring practice.
Treadwell had 48 catches for 632 yards and five touchdowns in nine games for the Rebels this season.
