The junior running back had a stellar season for the Broncos, rushing for 1689 yards and 25 touchdowns on 325 carries. He also caught 45 passes for 536 yards and four touchdowns.
The 6-foot, 216-pound Texas native's best game of the season came against Utah State, where he rushed for 229 yards and five touchdowns against the Aggies.
Ajayi ranks second fourth in the nation in rushing yards and second in touchdowns, behind Heisman Trophy finalist Melvin Gordon.
In a loaded running back class that will likely feature Gordon and Todd Gurley, Ajayi is projected to be drafted somewhere between the second and third rounds.
His last game for the Broncos will be against Arizona in the Fiesta Bowl on Dec. 31.
