Ohio State's Corey Smith carted off with apparent leg injury

Ohio State wide receiver Corey Smith was taken off the field on a cart after suffering an apparent leg injury during Saturday's game against Indiana.
Trailing the Hoosiers 17-3 in the third quarter, the Buckeyes ran to the outside with Curtis Samuel, while Smith was out front trying to pick up a block. As Samuel was tackled, he fell down on Smith's leg, rolling up into his teammate.
Smith remained down for quite a while in obvious pain before the team's trainers brought out the cart. Smith was taken to the locker room with his leg already inside an air cast.
He had one catch for 22 yards prior to leaving the game, bringing his season total to five receptions for 62 yards.
