Illinois' Josh Ferguson won't play vs. Iowa

Illinois will be without its leading rusher Saturday when the Fighting Illini take on No. 22 Iowa.
Josh Ferguson has been ruled out due to a shoulder injury suffered during last week's game against Nebraska.
Ferguson, a senior, left late in the first quarter of the win over the Cornhuskers after being stuffed for a 2-yard loss. He rushed for 381 yards on 71 carries with three touchdowns so far this season.
With Ferguson out, freshman Ke'Shawn Vaughn is expected to start and take on a larger role in the offense. Vaughn has split touches with Ferguson, getting at least 11 carries in every game. Vaughn rushed for 98 yards against Nebraska and has 325 yards and two touchdowns on 76 attempts.
