Fireworks were expected in Saturday's Big-12 showdown between Baylor and Oklahoma, and Sooners running back Samaje Perine has supplied some in the first quarter.
Following a Baylor touchdown on the opening drive, Oklahoma responded with Perine's 6-yard score where the sophomore slipped on the wet turf before plunging in for the score.
Oklahoma leads 7-6 midway through the first frame.
