VIDEO: Baylor executes the 'fake injury' play to perfection
Jerome Miron-USA TODAY Sports
Baylor lost multiple defensive players to injury in Saturday's game against Oklahoma. And in a bid to keep that unit fresh, the Bears seem to have implemented a unique strategy.
Prior to an Oklahoma play in the fourth quarter, it appeared as though Baylor defensive back Ryan Reid ordered safety Terrell Burt to go down with an "injury."
Unfortunately for Baylor, the Sooners marched down the field to score a back-breaking touchdown to extend their lead to 44-34.
